Tribe Certified Course
Woohoo! Everyone has become Tribe Certified and is now ready to unlock Toolbox 22, which consists of twenty-two resources to help them implement the content from the course into every aspect of their daily work life.
STEP 5
Tribe Building Event
To ensure this seismic shift in culture sticks, following the completion of the course, a nine month email campaign begins. Participants will now receive ongoing connection challenges, reminders of what they have learned and new ways to keep the lessons alive!

Right out of the gate it's about getting everyone excited with an online, or live keynote that sparks enthusiasm for the change that's coming.

The "Get Real" Challenge
Now it's time to dive into a fun and engaging eight week course that teaches them how to build heart based relationships both professionally and personally. All lessons are supported with exercises that easily integrate into the work they are already doing to ensure real change happens.

Toolbox 22
To further support the use of their relationships building skills, Tribe Building events will be scheduled with all participants to strengthen those critical bonds between team members. These events also provide yet another opportunity to put their newfound wisdom to the test.
